As individuals, regardless of our gender-identity or sexual identity, we contain both masculine and feminine energies.
The feminine is feeling, flow, being.
The masculine is thinking, direction, doing.
As we are experiencing an hyper masculine time globally, for most of us it is easier to embody the masculine energy, often not in the healthiest way, by over doing, over giving, over thinking...
Leading us to loosing touch with our feminine energy of flow, emotions, creativity and receptivity.
I guide clients into their body, to become intimate with the spectrum of sensations so they can connect to the insights and wisdom and experience the feminine end of our nature more fully.
What is embodiment coaching?
Embodiment coaching is a type of somatic therapy combining body work and talkative therapy.
Only 5% of our thoughts are conscious. The mind doesn't store all the data we process on a daily basis - this would lead to overwhelm.
The body is where we store all memories, emotions, stresses, trauma, frozen tension and subtle data. This is why we view the body as the key to liberation.
In an Embodiment Session we move past mental identification and into the feeling and experiencing of the full spectrum of data stored as sensation in the body connected to this belief, emotion, thought in order to liberate it from its root.
Having an embodied felt release of an emotion from a nervous system level can lead to a longer lasting and more complete release than just talking about it from a mental level.
